IPEX - Network Analyzer
Author: Christian S.J. Peron (Seccuris) | Interface Stability: Stable | ipex-2.4.4
The ipex program is similar to ngrep or tcpdump. It allows you to dump packet contents in hexadecimal or plaintext. A very handy tool for debugging network protocols. Ipex also gives you the option of running in daemon mode while dumping contents to a specified file. It also allows you to supply a regex RC pattern for printing packets which contain specific patterns.

Termlog - System Terminal I/O and Key Logging
Author: Christian S.J. Peron (Seccuris) | Interface Stability: Stable | termlog-2.5
Termlog is capable of performing real time synchronous monitoring and logging of multiple system ttys. It is designed to allow system administrators to monitor I/O between themselves and connected clients. Termlog allows you to snoop terminals based on their controlling tty, process ID, or user ID. It allows you to timestamp the return keystroke so administrators can see the time breaks between entering commands if desired. Termlog will also log each session to an individual file by default.
Version 1.0.2: Added MD5 Fingerprinting for session files. Each time a session file gets created an MD5 fingerprint is calculated and written to syslog. This creates a higher level of authenticity for log files.

Entropy - Compression Efficiency Gauge
Author: Christian S.J. Peron (Seccuris) | Interface Stability: Stable | entropy-2.0
This program will calculate the specific entropy for a given chunk of binary or ascii data that was previously read from stdin or supplied on the command line via -s. The most common use for this program is to gauge the efficiency of a compression algorithm.
