Twyla is a senior information security consultant and the practice lead for the Continuity Planning and Threat Risk Assessment practices at Seccuris. She is a dedicated business continuity planning professional with an extensive background in the field of Information Security.

Prior to joining Seccuris, she was a long-term employee for two of Saskatchewan’s crown corporations. She is experienced at leading large programs such as the Business Continuity Program at SaskEnergy and the Process and System Integrity Team for a JDE OneWorld conversion project across SaskEnergy and TransGas. In 1998, she was appointed SaskEnergy’s representative on the provincial government’s Y2K forum and the Canadian Gas Association’s sub-committee on Y2K. Twyla earned her certification as a Certified Business Continuity Professional in 2000. Also in 2000, she was honoured as the recipient of IBM Global Services’ Business Continuity Practitioner Award for Excellence at IBM’s Summit Conference. She is well-versed in ITIL concepts, and holds the Foundation certificate. Twyla’s current focus is building on Seccuris continuity practice with an emphasis on service delivery in support organizational resiliency.
